Flat Rate Or Percentage
Clean Slate offers to different pricing models:
-A flat monthly fee that won't increase regardless of your occupancy rate. (Bonus: we even reduce the rate in the off-season!) Recommended for established year-round STR owners
OR
-A percentage model (15% of total stay) Recommended for new owners, those with inconsistent bookings, or are closed in the off-season.

Off-season services starting at just $75/month!* Enjoy membership services like home errands, emergency walk-throughs or maintenance, surveillance, trash-to-curb services, lawn care/snow plow, or more!
